So here is an html tip for it.
Change your body tag (<body>) to...
<body background="https://home.comcast.net/
~nilsmolina/0rrgobve%5B1%5D.jpg">
(make sure the above code is on one line once inserted)
Your website will look something like this
To change the little background image, change the url (http://...).
That is how to put in a tiled background.
